Is there any means by which we could get notified when the delivery queue for our Email Store/Forward service starts filling up? We had a bit of a mishap just now in which I goofed badly with our DNS settings such that about 500+ messages were delayed in arriving, and that's kind of not good, and we'd really like some sort of means of detecting such a thing so as to prevent something like that from happening.
