I have the domain ****.eu with your organization.
My ip address is dynamic .
I use web server, internal mail server 'natted' and firewalled as well.
I receive email from outsite in the mailbox named @****.eu.

When i send email from outside or from inside i receive (this an example)
SNT004-MC5F22.hotmail.com rejected my message [.....]

SNT004-MC5F22.hotmail.com error:
DY-001 (SNT004-MC5F22) Unfortunately, messages from xx.xx.xx.xx weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider. You can tell them that Hotmail does not relay dynamically-assigned IP ranges. You can also refer your provider to http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors.

I verified that the domain name is not in a blocked list in SpamHaus.org

Some suggestions ?

It seems that Hotmail rejects emails sent from dynamic IP addresses. You can use the SMTP outbound relay service to send emails through our dedicated SMTP relay server to avoid this problem.
