Topic: Getting "BADAUTH" on Windows Dynu.Client
Hi, I just signed up as a Member and installed the Dynu.Client on my Windows 10 Pro PC. I'm getting errors in the log and this client seems to be not working. I'm seeing [Bad Authentication] and "none" for the IP as pasted below.[9 - 11] 6/14/2017 5:00:20 PM- Checking if IP update required.[9 - 11] 6/14/2017 5:00:20 PM- IPv4 address update really required.[9 - 11] 6/14/2017 5:00:20 PM- IPv6 address update really required.[9 - 11] 6/14/2017 5:00:20 PM- IP address update initiated.[9 - 11] 6/14/2017 5:00:20 PM- [Bad Authentication][9 - 11] 6/14/2017 5:00:20 PM- Current IPv4 Address: None[9 - 11] 6/14/2017 5:00:20 PM- Current IPv6 Address: None[9 - 11] 6/14/2017 5:00:36 PM- Performing IP check.I am signed in to the dynu.client and I set the IP Update Password to be the same as my main password. Please help me fix this? Thanks.

All your hostnames have been assigned a location in the control panel: host1.dynu.net->location1host2.dynu.net->location2host3.dynu.com->location3host4.dynu.com->location4Please set up the corresponding location in the 'Settings' tab in the IP update client to update your hostnames. For example, if you use the location1 as location in the IP update client, then only host1.dynu.net hostname will be updated. If you want to update multiple hostnames, you can assign them the same location name in the control panel.
