dear team, i have registered a domain with you (ilayabharatham.in) and a dynamic dns subscriber.
I am fine with your dynamic dns service but when it comes to dns management you need to improve a lot. i am cracking my head for the last few days to setup a cname for my root domain.

i want as simple as this:
forward all requests from naked domain ilayabharatham.in to www.ilayabharatham.in

or

allow to use a cname for my root domain (ilayabharatham.in)

I also tried to forward all requests from ilayabharatham.in to www.ilayabharatham.in but the url forwarding does not work.

i cant succeed with either one. please help me resolve this.
