I recently broke my phone, with my DUO on it. I was unable to used the backup codes to get into my account. I have had my phone repaired, and I was able to get logged back in, but I need my backup codes to work. I was putting the code in where it asked to TOTP one time passcode and it said they were invalid. Once I got back in I verified the backup codes were the same on my account. I tried generating new backup codes and they will not work either. I have disable 2FA for now, but I would really like to get this to work. Am I doing something wrong. Is there something special that I need to do to use a backup code?
