Because ddclient has stopped working for me, I am changing to use inadyn as an alternative. Can you please advise on the following configuration items?

I'm assuming the username and password are the same I use for the web interface, and <hostname> is the same as I had configured with ddclient, but not sure about the rest - my best guesses are shown below.
