Trying to get Dynu to update from my draytek 2830 - wondering if someone can confirm the correct API details to enter

From the main menu, select Applications then Dynamic DNS. Use the following settings:
Enable Dynamic DNS Account: check the check box
Service Provider: Customized
Provider Host: api.dynu.com
Service API: /nic/update?hostname=example.dynu.com&password=PASSWORD

I have only got the DDNS reporting as successful by using the other settings for 'Basic' and 'Http'.
As the connection is not encrypted, I went to my dynu.com account to create a separate IP update password, then visited the network tools to pass it through the MD5 hash before entering the resulting password in the Draytek DDNS setup page.
On the Draytek DDNS page, use the Force Update, wait a few seconds, then View Report to see if successful.
All other settings as per:-
Enable Dynamic DNS Account: check the check box
Service Provider: Customized
Provider Host: api.dynu.com
Service API: /nic/update?hostname=example.dynu.com&password=PASSWORD

Thanks for this. I have found the same, only works with http so having a IP update password is important.

Thanks for this, great idea to use a separate IP Update password with MD5 hash.
For what it's worth - https works fine for me on a Draytek 2860 with FW 3.8.9.1
