I have been trying numerous times to enter my DKIM private key but your system is not accepting it. I generate the key with your wizard and do a cut and paste into your form but it is continually saying it is not a valid key. I've also tried generating numerous keys but none of them are accepted. What could be the problem here? Could you assist me getting past this step so that I can setup my email properly. Thank you

Did you ever receive a reply or find a resolution to this issue? I'm having the same issue. I copy my private key out of the DKIM generator and the Manage DKIM Signing page refuses to accept it. "Oh Snap! blah blah blah"

Try putting your cursor at the end of the key and remove the extra line space.
