I have windows 11 Pro and have remote desktop enabled. I also have a Windows 11 Home laptop and used it at home to connect to the remote computer with your DNS Service no problem works great. I'm using my computer at work to try to connect to the computer at home and I get an error code 0x204 and a message saying the the computer may not be on or there internet may be down. I have Xfinity and checked for outages and there are none at my apartment. Everything is set up fine as far as my computer settings. Is it possible that it could be something on my network at work is preventing the connection. Thank you for your help.

Windows 11 Home does not have RDP. You can try VNC.
