I have signed up for the Store/Forward service, and the Outbound Relay service. I am trying to setup Synology MailPlus server but I’m hitting a problem. I seem to be able to send email just fine, but despite my best efforts I cannot receive email.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

The problem seemed to be with how I did the TXT record for DKIM. Dynu support helped me fix it, and its been working fine now.

Can you share the fix? I have the same problem - i can send email but I cannot receive anything. I've sent four emails to customer service but I haven't heard back. I stupidly turned my company email servers over and have been down for over 24 hours.
