Config DDNS with my hostname and router

I already have my own domain on another host. And I want to use its with dynu DDNS service. I already add my domain in DDNS service. What I should config next. Do I have to change domain name server to dynu server and what is a DNS of dynu that I should place. How long does it take time after change. I'm in thailand.

You need to list the following Dynu name servers for your domain name:

NS1.DYNU.COM
NS2.DYNU.COM
NS3.DYNU.COM
NS4.DYNU.COM
NS5.DYNU.COM
NS6.DYNU.COM

The name server propagation takes up tp 24 hours to propagate depending on your registrar.

You cannot use other DDNS service providers if you use Dynu name servers. Likewise, if your domain name is using some other name server records, the DDNS service you have with Dynu will not work either.
