A couple of days ago, Dynu was showing me the IP of my home computer instead of my classroom computer. I fooled around a bit, and now it's fine. However, the window of my Dynu Update Client keeps opening quite frequently on one of my computers, and I can't get it to stay as an icon in the system tray. Maybe I did something to cause that to happen, but I cannot figure out what. Please help.

You can run Dynu IP update client as a system service so that you do not need to run the application. You can start the service in 'MISC' tab of the client then right click on the tray icon to exit the application.

To confirm that the system service is running, you may use the Windows key and R in the keyboard at the same time and open services.msc. In the list of services running on your computer, you should see Dynu IP update client.

On a side note, we are releasing a new version of IP Update Client next week, version 5.1. We suggest that you upgrade to the new client once it is available.
