I have a domain registered in Argentina easyfrontdesk.com.ar that I would like to use with dynu.
Is that possible ?

The DNS service supports TLDs of all countries. So you should be able to use our DNS service for your easyfrontdesk.com.ar domain name.

It depends on how many domains and DNS records you plan to use. More than 4 domains or more than 4 DNS records will require a membership. Otherwise, you can use it for free. Check this page at https://www.dynu.com/en-US/Membership.
